

There's definitely gonna be another Doom game now and having at least part of it set on future Earth is pretty likely. From what we knew it was gonna have more drama to it, move slower, have more involved NPCs it really didn't seem good, like it was gonna do the whole 'twist the game into being more like what's trendy losing what made it special in the first place thereby losing old fans without gaining new ones' thing. As I recall this stuff came out around the height of the grey-brown linear modern military shooter craze.
